Services and Scope
We provide residential and office cleaning services, including move-in and move-out cleaning, empty-property deep cleaning, and handover kitchen and appliance cleaning. Any service is subject to property condition review, scope confirmation, access confirmation, and a custom quote before work is accepted.

Fees and Payment
Prices are not fixed until the property scope and condition have been reviewed. Where a project is accepted, a deposit may be requested, and payment may be made by bank transfer, payment card, or cash on site, as agreed for the booking.

Bookings are arranged by appointment and depend on availability. We may request property details or condition photos to prepare a quote and plan the visit. The property must be empty for move-related cleaning unless we agree otherwise in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and we do not guarantee that any property will be sterilised, medically disinfected, or free from every allergen. We also do not provide hazardous waste removal, pest control, mold remediation, exterior high-rise work, or specialist restoration unless expressly agreed.
